About the role: As the Manager Shared Living , you’ll lead a team of Support Workers , ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for our awesome participants . This role is crucial in delivering excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with NDIS standards. What You’ll Do Lead and manage a team of 18-20 Support Workers, fostering a positive, high-performing culture. Oversee the financial and operational management of Shared Living services. Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations, policies, and quality standards. Build strong relationships with customers, families, and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement, safety, and compliance across services. Manage rosters and budgets to ensure efficient service delivery. Provide on-call support and guidance as part of a rotating roster. What We’re Looking For Experience in a middle management role (5+ years) OR direct experience in disability services. Tertiary qualification in Individual Support, Business Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Knowledge of person-centred active support and positive behaviour support. Financial and business acumen, including budget and rostering management. Confidence in using technology and systems for documentation and reporting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. What You’ll Need NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check. Unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence. Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module. First Aid and CPR certification. Benefits of working with Aruma!
