You will provide direction and leadership of ICT applications including application supportability, application improvement, supplier liaison, stakeholder engagement and team management. Provide professional and technical leadership and management of staff, business, and financial operations for the delivery of spatial information systems and delivery services. Develop and maintain spatial applications to industry standards and to meet departmental priorities. Manage and monitor the relevant spatial ICT systems and applications including the performance, improvements, access, risks and usage metrics ensuring ongoing application supportability. Maintain appropriate records on application supportability in the department's enterprise architecture solution (Terry/LeaniX). Ensure ongoing application supportability for ICT applications the position is responsible for managing. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
