Talk to us about how this could work for you. Hours per fortnight Up to 73.5 hours - flexible options available. Duties Lead and manage the TTC team, fostering a positive team culture, individual engagement, and professional growth and to provide quality and customer-focused professional development services. In consultation with the Deputy Director, develop, implement and monitor the overall direction and operational plan for the TTC to ensure a sustainable business model aligned with Tasmanian State Service priorities, including effective budget and sustainable financial return. Proactively manage the procurement and contract management activities for the TTC in line with legislative requirements and ensuring best value for TTC stakeholders. Lead the development of innovative and contemporary professional development opportunities and initiatives to support the needs of the Tasmanian public sector, evaluating achievement of program objectives, including identifying and implementing tools to automate learning processes. Implement contemporary marketing and communication strategies to promote the products and services offered by the TTC. Build and maintain strong relationships with external providers and industry bodies to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends. Provide expert advice to the Deputy Director on the delivery of high-quality learning and professional development opportunities for government and member organisations. In consultation with the Deputy Director, develop and manage key projects within areas of responsibility, ensuring alignment with overall objectives and goals.
