The Manager, Therapy Services will: Deliver a financially sustainable therapy service; Lead the Therapy team in managing client service requirements in line with agreements; Oversee financial management, including budget development and P&L responsibility, ensuring targets are met; Develop and maintain strong relationships with community networks, funding bodies, and government agencies to support business growth; Evaluate market trends and look at business growth opportunities in conjunction with the broader team; Identify and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and professional development. About You For this appointment, CPA are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Manager, who: Has led established teams within the Allied Health sector, delivering high-quality therapy services; Demonstrates strong leadership with a track record of developing high-performing teams; Excels in strategic and operational management, ensuring business objectives align with service excellence; Can build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction; Embodies the CPA’s values, showcasing emotional intelligence and resilience in a dynamic environment.
