Regional Manager - Occupational Therapy Services Location: Newcastle/New South Wales Employment type: Other Job Description Req#: B8CJF. The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next Regional Manager to come on board! You will be joining a national team of 70+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. Your responsibilities as a Regional Manager will include: Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases. Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required. Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback. Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training. Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases. Developing exceptionally well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting-edge strategies and interventions. Driving growth and market share in your region. You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices. Requirements An Occupational Therapy degree and AHPRA registration (or the ability to become registered). A car and license. A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement). Clinical experience, preferably within the NDIS or similar. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses. Current management experience in a clinical or NDIS setting.
