The role This position contributes to building DEMIRS into a high-performance innovative organisation by developing and implementing the Department's Change Management Framework, including the establishment of governance principles to ensure change is delivered in accordance with the Framework. The role contributes to the strategic and operational planning of the Strategic Business Innovation Group. Your extensive experience in the alignment of change management functions and strategies to the needs of the business and to the wider organisational strategy will play a key part in your success in this role. Your leadership skills will be crucial in leading the development of change management strategies and roadmaps and ensure their integration with the Department's strategic planning process, as well as your project management experience to participate in operational and project planning to implement Branch objectives. You will possess high level written and interpersonal skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
