Chisholm is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations & Wellbeing leader. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Chief People Officer, as the Manager for Workplace Relations & Wellbeing, your key responsibilities include: Managing and leading workplace relations advice across Chisholm and its controlled entities. The ongoing development and implementation of workplace governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and practices related to workplace relations and wellbeing. The ongoing implementation of, and consultation related to, collective agreements. Providing advice and leading operational strategies, consistent with the relevant Agreements/Awards to ensure employee productivity is well managed and is in accordance with the relevant industrial instruments and Chisholm’s goals. Deliver practical solutions that drive compliance, risk reduction, and positive employee and business outcomes. Implementing and driving new and ongoing initiatives in Chisholm’s Strategic Plan 2025-2029 and People Plan related to the Workplace Relations & Wellbeing portfolio. ABOUT YOU You have a deep commitment to customer-focused stakeholder management, influencing skills, the ability to work at all levels and build collaborative and cooperative relationships with key stakeholders. You are able to build relationships, credibility, and influence at all levels of the organisation and with key external stakeholders. An understanding of the post-secondary education environment would be advantageous. Qualifications required for the role: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, law, psychology, or a related discipline and/or extensive experience in the function.A Post graduate qualification in a related discipline is desirable.
