About Your LINC & Reconnect Your LINC is a two-tier mental health outreach service supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges and distress in the Central Local Health Network region. Your LINC offers two levels of support: Tier 1 (6 weeks) - Intensive Crisis Support: High-intensity case management to reduce distress, address immediate crises, and provide warm referrals. Tier 2 (4–12 months) – Non-acute Psychosocial Support: Moderate-intensity case management to build independence, strengthen community connections, and support NDIS access. Reconnect Mental Health Service focuses on early intervention, providing outreach support to young people (12–18 years) at risk of homelessness and emerging mental health concerns. About the Role Due to an internal movement, Centacare has an opening for an experienced mental health professional to join our Your LINC Central and Reconnect program as a manager. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Port Adelaide. In this role, you will oversee the coordination and management of the Your LINC Central and Reconnect programs. This role ensures the effective delivery of both services, providing leadership, program oversight, and strategic direction to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders. The key duties in this role will include: Lead and manage Your LINC Central and Reconnect programs to ensure high-quality service delivery. Oversee policy and procedure development to support service effectiveness. Monitor quality management, risk management, and WHS compliance. Ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements. Oversee service budgets, resources, and operational needs. Support client intake and promote client feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement. Essential Criteria Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related human services field. Experience in mental health service provision. Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Experience in policy and procedure development. Desirable Management experience in a non-government setting. Membership with a relevant professional association (e.g. ACA, AASW). Special Conditions Option to salary sacrifice a company fleet vehicle. Travel between sites may be required. Some on-call responsibilities and work outside standard hours may be required.
