We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity. Tertiary qualification in health, welfare, community development, and/or adult education (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in lived and living experience leadership role within the mental health sector. Demonstrated commitment to principles of co-production and recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, family-focused, and person-centred service provision. Demonstrated experience coordinating and leading a mental health program, lived and living experience work, or lived and living experience program. Understanding of the needs and issues for LLEW working in clinical mental health services. Leadership and change management skills and capabilities including critical thinking, problem solving, and cultivating strong working relationships. Proven ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrated commitment to supervision, education, training, and ongoing professional development and participation in any workforce development strategies.
