The Opportunity This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join the team with a clear path to partnership in 18 months. Key Responsibilities Client Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs and multi-entity organizations. Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance on budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, business structuring, succession planning, and tax planning. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of accountants, ensuring efficient workflow, reviewing work, and reaching team/company targets. Coaching & Development: Mentor and support the professional development of your team, encouraging ongoing growth and skills enhancement. Business Development: Drive new business through referrals, relationships, and targeted business development strategies. About You: Proven experience in managing teams and providing high-level advisory services within an accounting firm. CA or CPA qualified, and ideally a registered Tax Agent. Strong communication and leadership skills with an approachable, positive personality. Motivated, proactive, and eager to progress to a partnership role.
