Mai-Wel is an organisation with a team driven and connected by the mantra ‘Full of Possible!’ The Role Play a key role in supporting Mai-Wel to drive revenue through business development, fundraising, support with corporate partnerships, and grants/tenders. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to making a positive impact in our community. Key aspects of the role: Developing and maintaining business development partnerships and objectives Assisting in building and managing corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and volunteering opportunities Managing donor and stakeholder databases and communication plans Assisting in coordinating fundraising initiatives and events Assisting with grant applications, funded program implementation, and reporting Championing the Mai-Wel brand and expanding stakeholder awareness. The Person Experience in business development and nurturing professional relationships Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Proven ability to build and foster partnerships Experience with grant and/or tender administration A Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (desirable). This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week. Ideally, to fit the team dynamic, we are seeking a passionate person that can work Thursday and Friday as part of the work week, with flexibility on the other day to be worked. Why Join Mai-Wel?
