Role Overview: As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements for a diverse client portfolio. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and optimizing tax efficiency. Leading client service teams and managing service delivery to clients. Providing commercial tax advice to clients, including identifying and resolving tax issues in conjunction with the Partners. Research and analysis of case law and legislation. Manage and develop junior staff members and deliver in-house technical training to the wider team. Review of income tax returns and provisions. Requirements: Essential: Business / Commerce / Finance degree with Accounting Major Completed CA or equivalent Desirable: Business / Commerce / Finance/ Law double degree with Accounting Major Master of Taxation Experience: 5+ years’ experience in tax advisory, with experience in Professional Services Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous experience managing and developing junior team members Ability to work as part of a team Excellent client service skills Ready to redefine success, challenge the status quo, and be part of a team that thrives on innovation?
