The Opportunity The MarTech & Analytics Manager is responsible for leveraging marketing technology and data insights to enhance King Living’s global marketing strategies and customer experiences. This role blends marketing automation, analytics, and strategic problem-solving to drive personalisation, optimise campaign performance, and improve engagement. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of MarTech solutions, establish robust reporting frameworks, and advance analytics capabilities to support brand objectives and growth strategy. Additionally, you will oversee data integration across platforms, maximise the value of first-party data, and enable data-driven decision-making across marketing and eCommerce. The Role Develop and manage automated reporting dashboards to track marketing performance across digital, traditional, and omnichannel campaigns. Extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, web analytics, paid media, sales, and customer feedback). Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets for in-depth marketing analysis. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation. Build predictive machine learning models and forecasting tools to anticipate customer behaviour and campaign performance. Own the MarTech stack by managing and optimising tools such as Google Analytics, CDPs, CRM systems (Marketing Cloud), and marketing automation platforms. Develop automated data pipelines to streamline data ingestion and integration across marketing platforms. Collaborate with developers and IT teams to develop API integrations, custom scripts, and data automation solutions. Perform in-depth analysis of customer segmentation, retention trends, heatmaps, conversion rates, website drop-off points, and purchasing behaviours to inform and refine targeted marketing strategies. Present insights to senior stakeholders in clear, visual storytelling formats (dashboards, presentations, reports) to influence strategic direction. Design A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and lift studies to measure marketing impact and inform future investments. Provide data-backed recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative effectiveness. Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive marketing, product, and business decisions. Partner with brand, media, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure data insights inform creative and strategic decisions. About You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or MarTech, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. Proven track record of building and optimising marketing reporting frameworks to improve ROI and efficiency. Hands-on experience with data querying, automation, and analytics tools in a fast-paced marketing environment. Critical thinker and problem solver – able to translate business questions into data solutions. Excellent communicator – able to explain complex data insights in a clear, actionable way. Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations. Proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects. Technical Skills Expert in SQL – writing and optimising complex queries for data extraction and transformation. Experience in Python and/or R for data processing, automation, and predictive modelling. Knowledge of JavaScript for implementing custom tracking scripts and troubleshooting analytics/debugging issues. Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude). Strong experience with BI & visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. Deep understanding of tag management, tracking pixels, and server-side analytics. Experience with statistical modelling and automation is a plus. Knowledge of API integrations, data pipelines for MarTech platforms.
