As we continue to expand our footprint across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Marine Sales Manager to join our sales team. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marine Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this multi-state role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our customer base across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia . This position requires a passion for the marine industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to travel and represent the company effectively across three key regions. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales for our marine products and services within your region to achieve and/or exceed sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying potential new customers by providing exceptional customer satisfaction and assisting with product selection, quotations, and follow-ups. Market Expansion & Strategy: Identify market trends and competitors, then collaborate with marketing and other sales teams to align promotional campaigns as necessary. Travel & Territory Management: Travel regularly to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and represent Power Equipment at regional events. Product Knowledge: Provide customers with detailed information and advice on current and emerging products, equipment, and services that suit their specific needs. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in the marine/boating industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a large geographic territory. Comfortable with frequent travel and managing time across multiple states. Technical/mechanical background essential, enabling effective communication of complex product benefits and features.
