This business is growing in APAC with Head office in Sydney, you will be working in a vibrant Software company with an innovative and motivated team dynamic. They have a modern edge and fun team environment. The Market Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Field Team and Key Accounts Team by managing high value Customer-related inquiries and escalations in the Australia and Zealand territory. You support the Market Management Field Teams by sharing your ideas and recommendations and by building good relationships with those you work with, both inside and outside of your team. Responsibilities You will manage a dedicated customer portfolio and support the Market Managers (Customer Success/ BD) with outreach, admin and marketing related tasks. You are expected to be engaging customers whether it's virtual or in person. Be accountable for the retention and growth of your customers. Build and foster relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across multiple customer teams. Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources. Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve our processes' quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. Requirements 4 years + experience in a similar role in client facing or account management role. Business savvy with problem solving and solutions based mindset. Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Account Management & Case Management would be a plus. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, G-Suite, and Jira (preferred). Compensation and Benefits Offering $100 - $110K + super, 12-month fixed term contract (permanent entitlements).
