Market & Property Researcher for a Real Estate Investment Business in Australia (Home Based Part Time) Work Schedule Monday to Friday, Flexible hours City Sydney Country Australia Work Location Home Based - Philippines Job Type Part time Client Information The company is a commercial real estate investment firm that acquires and leases warehouses to businesses supplying oil separators. It focuses on securing strategic locations to enhance storage and distribution efficiency for oil separation equipment used in industrial, automotive, and environmental sectors. Job Description Conduct in-depth research on various industries to identify potential business opportunities. Identify and evaluate potential businesses that align with company goals for lead conversion. Research and assess property sites for acquisition, considering location viability, investment potential, and regulatory compliance. Maintain a database of researched industries, potential leads, and property opportunities. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to management based on data-driven insights. Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Business, Market Research, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and research skills with experience in market and property analysis. Proficiency in data analysis and mapping tools for site research. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects. Nice to Haves • Understanding of real estate regulations and market dynamics. Home Office Requirements Perfectly working headset and webcam. Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps. Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X. Quiet room with no distractions or background noises.
