About this work area As Deputy Fulfilment Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supporting the strategic drive of the Customer Fulfilment part of the Unit commercial and growth agenda, working closely with the Commercial team and Unit Management teams across IKEA Logan and IKEA North Lakes. Inspiring the fulfilment teams to actively contribute to achieving business goals. Securing operational excellence within fulfilment operations by prioritising our retail foundation, services execution, quality, and productivity improvements as well as cost optimisation, in line with the Country Customer Fulfilment Business Plan and Commercial Direction. Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing fulfilment team through proactively managing performance, competence development, and succession planning, whilst ensuring a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion within the function. Ensuring high customer satisfaction within the omnichannel scope for goods availability, sustainability, and customer order fulfilment in the most cost-conscious way and actively working with the Happy Customer Score, IKEA Brand Capital, and review results. Ensuring high co-worker satisfaction within the fulfilment function and actively working with the iShare survey and Unit action plans. Creating and maintaining a safe working environment and securing compliance aligned to relevant Standard Operating Procedures through the implementation of new operational processes, technologies, and ways of working. As Deputy Fulfilment Manager, you are: Passionate and driven to create a rewarding customer shopping experience through all touch points by securing goods availability and seamless customer order fulfilments within a fast-paced omnichannel retail environment. An experienced leader who demonstrates a strong ability to successfully lead large teams and influence people to deliver a proactive, agile, and efficient fulfilment operation in a large-scale supply chain environment. Able to influence and steer the business through leading the fulfilment function in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business goals and contribute to the growth agenda. Able to apply a strategic, tactical, and operational mindset to identify business opportunities and implement solutions for continuous improvement. Efficient with great time management skills. Digitally capable and comfortable with new technologies. Experienced in senior logistics with a strong understanding of supply chain management. Entrepreneurial and business-minded, always looking for innovative ways to improve operations. Skilled in coaching and mentoring, helping team members grow and develop.
