Job Description

We are seeking TWO dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Executives to join our team, responsible for managing the marketing efforts for youth retail Company Silent Theory, St Goliath and All About Eve. The ideal candidate will have experience in seasonal campaign planning and execution, influencer research, copywriting, email newsletters, and social media management. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to switch from writing Instagram captions to internal documents and swing tag copy with ease. Responsibilities: Be the brand Marketing champion and take ownership of Silent Theory, St Goliath and All About Eve image and voice. Seasonal Campaign Planning and Execution: Work alongside the Creative and Buying teams to oversee the strategy and planning of each season. Collaborate with relevant teams to execute plans and measure their success. Influencer Research: Manage the influencer program, including outreach, reporting, and identifying influencers to work with and ensure efficient send-outs. Copywriting: Champion the tone of voice, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all platforms. Email Newsletters: Plan and coordinate email newsletters in collaboration with the E-Commerce and Graphic Design teams. Brief in the copy and assets and align with the seasonal plans. Social Media: Manage paid social media efforts, including strategizing, producing, implementing, and reporting on Facebook and Instagram Paid Ads. Develop and implement a content strategy for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Adobe Programs: Have a strong understanding of Adobe programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing efforts. Requirements: Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on campaign planning and execution. Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to switch from writing Instagram captions to internal documents and swing tag copy. Experience in managing influencer programs, social media, and email newsletters. Strong understanding of Adobe programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated, with a passion for the youth fashion industry.
