Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to play a fundamental role in our haircare portfolio. This individual will work across leading global haircare brands, including Being and Laura Polko Los Angeles , and will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand growth and performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and possess deep expertise in consumer insights, brand positioning, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate our haircare products in a competitive market. Roles & Responsibilities Strategy development: Lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the brands to increase brand awareness, market share, and sales performance. Brand management: Support the brand lead with owning the brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints (packaging, advertising, digital, in-store) while aligning with brand objectives. New market and product launches & innovations: Manage the end-to-end process of new product launches, from concept to execution, ensuring products resonate with target consumers and align with business goals. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, in-store promotions, and influencer partnerships. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, sales, product and brand engagement teams to ensure alignment in delivering marketing initiatives and driving business results. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for specific markets for each brand, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners to ensure product availability and visibility in the market. Keep up to date with relevant trends, developments and technology in relation to the role and suggest new ideas, processes and/or strategies where relevant. Support and grow junior team and share knowledge regularly in tutorial and learning sessions. General support to team as required. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications. At least 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, PR or brand development, with a focus on the haircare or personal care category in an FMCG environment. Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and trends in the haircare industry. Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and product launches. Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and influencer marketing. Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally. Passion for beauty and personal care, with a creative mindset and a keen eye for emerging trends. A 'can-do' attitude and drive to constantly level up on processes and skills.
