Marketing Manager – Veterinary Preventatives (MMCA NR0325) Rhodes, Sydney, Australia Are you an experienced marketer looking for your next challenge? Reporting to the Marketing Director – Companion Animal, this is a role that is responsible for managing Zoetis Veterinary Preventatives portfolio, including brands like ProHeart SR-12 and the Vanguard vaccine range. We are looking for a dynamic marketer who can take this portfolio to the next level in a competitive marketplace. What you’ll bring to the role: A love for animals, animal wellbeing and appreciation for the importance of the human-animal bond A customer-centric mindset, continually striving to create value for Zoetis customers Strategic thinking, strong collaboration and an ability to engage diverse stakeholders across a matrix organisation Experience with complex stock management and forecasting requirements Experience in brand lifecycle management from pre-launch to growth and management of mature brands; as a category leader/brand builder, and in competitive environments Ways of working that encourage diversity of thought and a culture of inclusion Curiosity, seeking innovative ways to deliver results A vitality and energy that fits with the Zoetis Companion Animal Purpose: ‘To pioneer in animal health so that pets can live their best lives’ Core responsibilities: Analysing data from multiple sources to create compelling insights that inform the category strategy Development of compelling annual and long-term strategic plans for Zoetis Veterinary Preventatives portfolio Execute high impact initiatives in partnership with sales, digital marketing, and medical counterparts Work alongside the Veterinary Key Account Manager to strengthen our partnership with strategic key accounts Management of the annual Category Marketing budget Accurate stock management and forecasting for a complex and dynamic portfolio Key to your success will be your ability to: Think strategically Communicate with clarity Work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders Engage and motivate the sales team Create strong partnerships with agency partners Manage accurate forecasting and inventory management Take concepts from ideation to execution Education and Experience A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline is required Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Marketing role Experience in animal health, regulated healthcare and/or consumer healthcare sectors will be highly regarded You must have the right to work in Australia to be considered for this role #J-18808-Ljbffr
