What You'll Do Here: Develop and Implement Strategic Marketing Plans and build comprehensive multi-channel strategies based on trend analysis and customer insights. Set Measurable Objectives by establishing clear goals aligned with business objectives. Plan and Implement Marketing Campaigns—Work with the Marketing Specialist to execute effective campaigns. Develop product marketing roadmaps & build detailed timelines for campaign execution. Supervise Campaign Performance by implementing tracking and set metrics to evaluate success. Conduct post-campaign analysis and analyse results to advise future directions. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop the marketing budget & monitor budget performance and adjust as needed. Skills You Will Need: Tertiary qualification: Marketing, communication, PR Experience in strategic marketing planning, handling budgets Experience working with product & sales teams Outstanding presentation skills in person and in virtual environment Strong social skills; ability to work well with other team members, customers, sales, and partners across the organisation Outgoing and positive with a focus on building and maintaining relationships Passionate about digital education and customer outcomes Cengage Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
