Job Description Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for project management and driving impactful campaigns? At Navitas Careers & Industry division, we’re looking for a Marketing Project Officer to manage and execute key marketing projects across our globally recognised education brands, including SAE University College, ACAP University College, Navitas Skilled Futures, Charles Sturt University – Sydney and Melbourne, and Women and Leadership Australia. About the Role: As a Marketing Project Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-impact marketing projects that align with our overall strategy. You’ll oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and analysis while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your ability to manage timelines, coordinate resources, and collaborate with stakeholders will be essential in ensuring project success. You will also support the broader marketing team in key activities such as event planning, developing marketing briefs, content creation, data analysis, and producing collateral across multiple Navitas C&I brands. What You’ll Do: Lead marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and digital marketers, to execute campaigns and initiatives. Support Business Partners with marketing collateral, desktop research and execution of marketing initiatives. Create compelling marketing briefs and collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional content. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Project Management Expertise: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Strategic Marketing Insight: Deep understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning, and brand positioning. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling briefs, present insights, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing performance data and drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and leadership teams. Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable navigating shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to think innovatively and contribute fresh ideas to enhance marketing initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education industry. Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. Familiarity with marketing and collaboration tools such as Asana, Looker, and Datarama. Experience managing external vendors, agencies, and partnerships.
