About the role This position is available at our Australasian Head Office based in Yatala on the Gold Coast, and is ideal for a candidate who is motivated to work in a small team that has a global impact. The role will suit applicants with a friendly, customer-focused attitude, who are organised, have strong attention to detail and will enjoy being involved in a wide range of marketing functions in support of business goals. They will have a strong sense of initiative and desire to consistently seek and learn new platforms for the betterment of the business. The successful applicant will ideally have knowledge and experience in the following: A strong approach to professional, efficient, and proactive Customer Service online and in person General Administration support with a desire to delve into multiple brands and truly understand the product Strong understanding of social platforms in a business sense - planning, creating and scheduling engaging content via Hootsuite, monitoring results, reporting Strong understanding of Meta Advertising and Google Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising on a national and localised scale Base understanding of some Adobe Suite applications is advantageous – for example, Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, with ability to edit and enhance images and video where necessary for social media Have an understanding of and ability to utilize Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms including automation management Strong understanding of marketing principles with tertiary or similar level qualifications Proficient understanding of Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using Meta Business Suite Experience using Google Ads/Analytics Experience using Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of WordPress platform is advantageous Good verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail If you sound like you would be a great asset to our team, please forward your application and resume.
