Marketing and Product Assistant (BH-221-1) Location Heatherton, Australia Sector Sales Salary $75,000.00 per annum Job Description; TheProduct & Marketing Assistant plays a key role in coordinating product management, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives across consumer and hospital channels. Working closely with theSenior Product Marketing Manager , this role supportsnew product launches, market research, campaign execution, event coordination, and promotional material development for Human Milk products.Key Responsibilities: Product Management: Assist in new product introductions and day-to-day portfolio management. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights. Trade Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with sales teams on promotional activities and materials. Market Research: Manage research projects with external partners. General Support: Coordinate marketing meetings, trade shows, samples, and global marketing engagements. Community Engagement: Manage partnerships with charities and donation requests. Required Skills & Experience: Degree in Marketing or related field. 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing support role, preferably with a purpose-driven product. Digital marketing knowledge (social media, digital sales tools). Strongcommunication, organization, and project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Suite .
