From crafting compelling campaigns to curating artist presentations, you’ll help deliver public art commissions, corporate collections, and cutting-edge art strategies . Read on. This role blends marketing, project coordination, and presentation creation , supporting business growth and client projects . You’ll work closely with the Director and Operations Manager , helping to create compelling content, manage marketing initiatives, and contribute to successful project delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Marketing and Communications Develop and send engaging EDMs using Mailchimp to promote projects and company updates. Manage Art Pharmacy’s social media (Instagram & LinkedIn), creating consistent, creative, and relevant content to grow engagement. Designed visually appealing marketing materials (brochures, sales decks, and proposals) using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop . Track and analyse marketing metrics , providing insights and recommendations. Support SEO strategy by generating high-quality content and securing Google reviews . Coordinate all project marketing activities , ensuring visibility and alignment with business goals. Develop and propose new marketing initiatives and strategies to enhance engagement and reach. 2. Curatorial and Creative Support Research artists and prepare InDesign presentations for client proposals. Sourced and recommended artists that align with client values and project objectives. Write and editedproject summaries, artist statements, and contracts . Support the creative development of client proposals , ensuring all materials are polished and client-ready. 3. Project and Business Support Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations and proposals . Provide general project coordination , ensuring timelines, milestones, and deadlines are met. Collaborate with project managers, offering support across various initiatives. 4. Administrative and Operational Tasks Prepare professional project documents and updates for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain organised project files and documentation . Respond promptly to emails and communications , ensuring smooth coordination with artists, clients, and partners. 5. Supporting the Director Provide executive-level support to the Director, including coordinating meetings and follow-ups. Assist with brainstorming and refining ideas for new proposals and client opportunities. Ensure the Director’s creative vision is communicated through polished materials and presentations. SELECTION CRITERIA ️ Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Contemporary Art, Art History, Marketing, Arts Management , or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role . Strong contemporary Australian art and culture knowledge , passionate about promoting living artists. ️ Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Mailchimp . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Strong organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills . Pays high attention to detail and has the ability tomultitask in afast-paced environment. A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach. Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Marketing and Communications Publish 2-3 engaging social media posts per week (Instagram & LinkedIn), achieving a 10% quarterly engagement increase . Deliver marketing materials (EDMs, social media, proposals) on time and at a high professional standard. Present at least two new marketing initiatives per quarter to the team. Curatorial and Creative Support Deliver artist research, presentations, and project materials on time, receiving positive client feedback . Achieve successful artist-project matches based on client briefs. Project Coordination and Support Ensure all client-facing proposals and presentations are delivered on time and align with the Director’s expectations. Administrative Tasks Maintain error-free, organised project files and documentation. Respond to emails and communications within one business day to ensure seamless operations. Why Join Us?
