We are looking for a Marketplace Executive to join our NAB team in Melbourne. Responsibilities Living and breathing the Mindshare values every day while possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads. Possessing a strong commitment to creating a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture with the ability to contribute POVs and follow leadership directives. Conducting oneself within the Mindshare Professional Etiquette guidelines. Delivering a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying. Building effective knowledge and using proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market-leading campaign implementation. Providing accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team. Demonstrating a strong understanding of your client and their category while responding to all requests in a timely manner, consistently managing expectations. Developing trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of the product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape. Ensuring financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints including pro-formas, MBAs, bookings, and loadings with an aim for zero account queries. Following GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence. Ensuring timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail. Experience Early Career Role You will have agency career experience within an Investment and Trading environment, applying core marketing competencies, utilizing your formal education in a practical setting. This will be underpinned by 3 - 5 years experience in Media Agencies or the broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques, and processes. High-level technical skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, strategic thought, and proactive management.
