About the role The Materials Manager role is a Full-Time position, based at Villawood, NSW . Reporting to the Production Manager , you will provide support to the Villawood Production team, ensuring they have the materials required for orders. In this role, you will: Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs. Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports. Review output and liaise with the Production supervisor to ensure shifts are planned with respect to capacity and as per customer demand. Prepare production plans and distribute to all stakeholders. Manage production backflushing. Perform and reconcile monthly cycle counts. Support stocktake planning and execution. Manage daily purchasing activities for Villawood. Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials. Administer other day-to-day functions on site. What you bring to the role Microsoft and computer experience (SAP is highly desirable). A strong commitment to safety awareness. Knowledge and production experience in a manufacturing environment.
