As they embark on their exciting growth journey, a new opportunity exists for a Workshop Supervisor to be part of their success story, based in Carole Park.Your new role In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the owner/Director and have the sole responsibility of running the Workshop and leading a team of skilled staff.Responsibilities will include: Lead, mentor and inspire your team to achieve excellence. Maintain and nurture strong, long-term client relationships and commercial contracts. Ensure high standards of work quality and timely completion. Oversee the availability of parts and the organisation of the workshop. Prioritise safety in all operations. Be the go-to person for decision-making and technical advice.
