Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineering Manager - Agriculture located in Perth, WA. The role involves overseeing the design and development of agricultural machinery and components, managing the engineering team, conducting inspections, and ensuring quality control. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for implementing computer-aided design (CAD) techniques and collaborating with other departments to deliver efficient and innovative solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in mechanical engineering within the agricultural sector, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery, equipment design, and manufacturing processes. Proficient in CAD software and engineering design tools (Experience in SolidWorks, drafting, and FEA is ideal). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
