We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the paper manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing machinery, improving production efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations in our manufacturing facility. What you'll do Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems in the paper manufacturing process. Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and improve equipment reliability. Design and implement mechanical improvements to enhance production efficiency. Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist in equipment installation, modifications, and upgrades. Analyze machine performance data and recommend process optimizations. What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 8 years’ experience in paper manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is highly desirable Strong knowledge and training of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is ESSENTIAL Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics - AutoCAD Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance programs Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
