Media Customer Service/Operations Supervisor Due to recent growth, Civic Outdoor is looking for a confident, motivated, organised and proactive individual to join our Melbourne-based Agency Team as a Media Customer Service/Operations Supervisor. THE OPPORTUNITY Civic Outdoor is an independently owned and operated Out of Home advertising company based in Melbourne, Australia. Civic Outdoor is rapidly expanding with a network of 550 billboards nationally. You will be joining a fast-paced, high-performance, collaborative team to provide sales services to a specified group of clients. You will work closely with the team to manage proactive sales conversations, respond to briefings, and initiate new partnerships. We don’t have layers upon layers of unnecessary hierarchy in our teams, so this suits someone who is passionate about what they do, has a can-do attitude, and values the opportunity to make a real impact. The Role: You will be responsible for the following: Supporting the Agency Sales team to maximise sales opportunities and ensure smooth after sales care. Supervising the Agency Sales Coordinator. Assisting with building campaign proposals. Conducting audience analysis across different systems. Preparing advertising contracts. Producing various reporting (Excel, PPT) and delivering data insights and analysis to the wider team. Other administration tasks as required. Maintenance and upkeep of data in our CRM and utilising our internal tools and platforms. Liaising directly with external clients including handling incoming queries and following to resolution. Striving for continuous improvement in the customer experience. To be successful in this role you will ideally have: Core Values & Attributes: Willing to work in a flexible manner to assist in optimising business performance. Ability to work unsupervised. Skills and Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a media Sales Coordinator role. Experience in a Supervisor role. Experience and ability to demonstrate skill in Microsoft Office suite preferred. Exceptional customer service and organisational skills, including strong time-management. Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and ability to manage multiple tasks. Friendly, responsible and honest with a hard-working & positive attitude.
