Medical Receptionist: Boutique Physiotherapy Practice Keilor Road Physiotherapy is a vibrant, well-established practice with a strong commitment to the delivery of the highest quality hands-on physiotherapy care, only 10km from the CBD. We're looking for a Part-time Client Experience Officer (Receptionist) to join & support our incredible, passionate, and motivated client experience team here in Niddrie, 3042. The position is part-time, approximately 8-12 hours per week, with a likely schedule of: Wednesday 4-8pm Thursday 4-8pm Some Saturdays 8am-12pm (although there is some flexibility here). Duties include: Welcoming patients Front desk reception Administer correspondence Accurate data entry General clinic duties and tidying Reconciliation Health reception experience is an advantage & patient booking software experience would be classed as a great advantage - we use Front Desk, One Minute Practice & Mindbody here at Keilor Road Physiotherapy. Specific job training will be provided on site by our experienced administration staff for the successful applicant.
