The Opportunity We are looking for a Part Time Medical Receptionist to join our Craigie practice to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality customer service to all patients. This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting healthcare professionals, as well as performing general administration duties. Collecting and entering patient details into the database. Scheduling appointments as required. Answering telephone calls and enquiries. Providing administration support and other ad hoc duties. Our Ideal Candidate To excel in this role, you'll possess: Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience being an advantage. Excellent communication skills, including a professional and personable telephone manner. Detail-oriented. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage. Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently. Neat and professional presentation.
