Job Description

Emergency Department is looking for a Medical Recruitment & Support Officer to join their team. You will support the department’s medical recruitment processes by managing candidates effectively, ensuring continuous follow-up, and preparing and processing all recruitment and informational materials. Provide high-level secretarial assistance to the Director of Emergency Medicine and the Deputy Director (Workforce & Recruitment) Emergency Medicine. About The Role Working closely with the Medical Workforce team to ensure documentation is submitted in a timely manner and meets the requirements for the Emergency Department and Health Service in accordance with recruitment policies, procedures, and industrial obligations. Establish, review, and maintain effective office record and electronic filing systems, including maintenance of the Medical Establishment Databases. Ensuring all resignations & separations of the Medical Officers within the Emergency Department are completed in a timely manner in conjunction with policies, procedures, and industrial obligations. Provide alternate backfill for the Rostering Officer of Emergency Medicine, including medical sick leave cover and payroll enquiries.
