Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality clinical care to both outpatient and inpatient patients, working under the supervision of senior consultants. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the department maintains the highest standard of clinical practice, while also offering guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff. In addition to your clinical duties, you will contribute to the department's teaching initiatives, fostering the development of junior medical staff and promoting an educational environment. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your expertise in medical retina, work with a multidisciplinary team, and make a meaningful impact on patient care. About You To succeed in this role, you will need: MBBS or equivalent degree registerable with AHPRA. Demonstrated clinical expertise and professional integrity in your specialty. Experience in supervising and teaching junior medical staff. Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality improvement.
