This role is suitable for people passionate about helping people and their businesses thrive. Clarence, Workspaces for Lawyers & Professionals offers contemporary, flexible serviced workplaces in Sydney CBD, Melbourne, and Brisbane. As the only serviced office and co-working provider focusing on the legal sector, we prioritise professionalism, privacy, and discretion. Our spaces and services are thoughtfully designed to satisfy the unique requirements of sole practitioners and small law firms. About the Role As a Clarence advocate, you would be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with all members, providing them with exceptional customer service and support at all times. This is a dynamic role for someone who is highly personable, has the ability to prioritise, multitask and thrives on connecting with people. You will join a passionate and fast-moving team. We are all about team support, and no job is too big or too small for our team! Key Responsibilities Greeting members and their guests Addressing member and their clients' enquiries Managing meeting, mediation and event bookings Providing general legal administration and office support for members Continuously strengthening the relationship between Clarence and its members Assisting with set-up of offices for new and existing members Assisting the technology team with basic onsite IT requests/setups when required General facilities upkeep and presentation duties About you You are interested in working in a professional environment and supporting legal professionals.
