Add expected salary to your profile for insights Viva Leisure, parent company to Club Lime, one of Australia’s leading fitness companies, is looking for new Member Services team members to join our clubs on a Casual basis in Narre Warren! Our mission is to connect health and fitness to as many people as possible and we aim to provide our members with affordable, accessible, and awesome facilities. Founded in 2004, Viva Leisure operates fitness clubs within the health and leisure industry. We have a trajectory of growth as the largest independent health club operator in Australia and are the first fitness facility operator to list on the Australian Securities Exchange. This role allows for the opportunity to provide exceptional personalized service and a positive member experience filled with growth and passion. Along with exceptional service, this role requires maintaining and increasing the member base of the club. Day-to-day duties consist of servicing the clubs and its members with general queries, club tours for possible new members, maximizing sales memberships, and ensuring that the club environment is clean and well presented for all.
