ACA is committed to raising the professional standards of Australia’s advertising industry. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Member Support Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in managing data, coordinating events, and providing exceptional support to our members. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data administration, event planning and member management in the advertising industry, all while working in a flexible, part-time capacity. Role Objective/ Responsibilities Event Coordination Support the planning and execution of industry-related events, workshops, and professional development activities, from intimate meet-ups to large training programs. Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation. Communicate with participants, speakers, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution and positive experiences. Data Management & Entry Manage and update member databases, event registrations, and related records. Assist with the accurate entry and maintenance of data and content in various systems and programs (training provided). Generate reports and assist with data analysis to support team decision-making. Member Support Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for member inquiries and support requests. Provide timely, helpful responses to enhance member satisfaction. Assist in developing communication materials and resources for members. Qualifications, Experience & Requirements Previous experience or training in administrative support or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and/or Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) is required. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends with prior notice. What’s in it for You?
