Excellent communication skills—both face-to-face and on the phone. Confident and comfortable on camera for social media content. Social media savvy and computer literate. Previous fitness industry experience is a bonus but not essential. Flexible work availability (including Saturday mornings). About the Role: Converting inbound leads and referrals into memberships. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. Contacting prospective members via phone, SMS, email, and social media. Supporting the team with organisational and admin tasks. Conducting club tours to showcase the benefits of our facilities. Engaging with members to enhance their experience and support retention. Delivering group fitness classes to inspire and motivate members. Assisting with club maintenance to keep the gym running smoothly. Collaborating with the team to hit sales targets and ensure a thriving club environment. What’s in it for you? Minimum 20 Hours Per week, up to 30 Hours Per week for the right candidate.
