Position Summary Anytime Fitness South Yarra is looking for a casual Membership Consultant to work across both our South Yarra and Prahran locations. As a Membership Consultant, you are an integral part of each and everything we do and are a key factor in member engagement and the day-to-day operations of our club. Your focus is on helping potential and current members feel welcome, genuinely caring about our members' health and fitness journey, and maintaining the operations of the club. Your success is important to us. You will work closely with the Club Manager to develop and upskill, and become a part of our long-term vision. Key responsibilities: Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently day to day Calling potential members and converting to sales Dealing with current and potential members Outreach with local partners and businesses Conflict resolution and problem-solving when necessary Meeting team targets and continually striving to improve Building rapport and generating leads for the Personal Trainers Making the club fun and enjoyable for the team and all club members Assisting the Club Manager Social media management and content creation Qualifications and Experience First Aid and CPR Working with Children Check (Employee) and Police Check Strong customer service skills Self-motivated, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally Proactive – offer opinions, feedback, and new ideas in partnership with the management Take initiative and responsibility Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others Available mornings and evenings Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
