Join a high-performing team where you'll be supported by the studio support team including the studio area manager and external professional development support from our partners. We’re seeking a fitness industry leader who wants to join an established Pilates studio and help take it to the next level! Our studio has been open for 2.5 years and is primed for a level-up in 2025. This studio is part of a broader group of sister studios, under the Club Pilates banner (an internationally recognised Pilates brand hailing out of the US). So what will you be doing? Generating and converting membership sales (Commission package included) Drive community engagement via local business partnerships and collaborations Generate new leads for the business both in the B2B and B2C space Organise and host member engagement activities Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio including prospect and membership management via our software Managing and maintaining our social media accounts Fostering an inclusive, welcoming and supportive studio culture The successful candidate will… Have experience in a fitness sales role and be target-driven Be able and willing to work flexible hours Be tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, membership management software and more Have a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role Showcase an ability to motivate and lead others Be fitness qualified (And ideally Pilates qualified) Why work with us?
