About the position The nib Newcastle Knights are currently seeking a casual Membership and Ticketing Assistant to support the smooth day to day running of all membership and ticketing operations. Responsibilities will include: Membership enquiries, processing and fulfilment Seat allocation / changes Ticketing support Processing Membership payments Assisting with Events and Member Communication, including contacting Members via phone or email, recording and organising RSVPs Inbound sales and service This position will be casual, requiring availability for a few hours each week during the season, with the opportunity to increase hours towards the end of the year for membership renewals. Evening and weekend game day availability is also required during the NRL season. As part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role. This includes, but is not limited to, a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right to work verification via our company portal. All associated checks and costs will be facilitated by The Wests Group. About you This opportunity will suit a self-driven individual with a background in customer service, administration, or sales. You will be a confident communicator who can manage competing interests while remaining calm and in control. High-level organizational, customer service, and administrative skills are a must, as well as a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Previous sales experience in converting leads into ongoing business will see you thrive in this position!
