To find out more about our story, visit: dannymetsally.com.au About the Role We are currently seeking a team of highly skilled Support Workers across Sydney's Inner West to support participants in SIL accommodation with complex mental health and BOCs. Shifts available across a 24/7 roster with an immediate start. About You To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek like-minded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold. In addition to our values, our support staff require Mandatory Experience and Compliance: 1-2 years experience as a Support Worker. Relevant tertiary qualification in Mental Health, Disability, or related industry. Experience in BOCs and restrictive practice essential. Current First Aid & CPR Certificate. Medication Training Certificate (or willing to obtain). Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain). Drivers Licence and fully insured vehicle. NDIS Worker Screening Check.
