SustainHealth is excited to partner with a leading private hospital in Tasmania to recruit an experienced Nurse Unit Manager for a dedicated mental health unit.Position Details: Start Date: Immediate Employment: 4 days a week, with the potential for full-time hours Location: North West, Tasmania Hourly Rate: $63.66–$66.57, based on experience Additional Qualifications Pay: 4% for a Postgraduate Certificate 6.5% for a Postgraduate Diploma or Degree 7.5% for a Master's or Doctorate relevant to the area of practice Why Join Us? What We’re Looking For If you’re a Registered Nurse or Mental Health Nurse with current AHPRA registration , we’d love to hear from you! Ideally, you will have:At least 5 years of postgraduate experience in mental health nursing. Postgraduate qualifications in mental health (or be working towards them).
