Job Description

Initial 12 months contract Start Date: ASAP MUST have AGSVA NV1 Clearance and above Green light is seeking for a highly skilled Microsoft 365 SME to lead and support our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the strategic enhancement of our client's Microsoft 365 services.This role is only for Australian Citizens with AGSVA NV1 Clearance or higher. Applicants who do not have AGSVA Clearance will be automatically rejected. Key Responsibilities: Modern Workplace & Microsoft Technologies: Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Apps Proficient in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop Administration and support of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Defender Development and deployment of Power Apps and Power BI solutions Intune for modern device management, including application packaging Automation through PowerShell and Azure Automation Infrastructure Design & Networking: Azure infrastructure deployment and management VPN and Proxy configurations Design and implementation of Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless Systems Wireless site surveys and Cisco & Meraki wireless management Additional Technical Expertise: Technical documentation and system designs Autopilot deployment for modern device management Expertise in Active Directory (AD DS, AD LDS, DNS, and GPOs) Voice services management (e.g., Cisco Unified Call Manager, Skype for Business) Security & Data Management: Exchange Online Protection Microsoft Purview for compliance and data governance Data recovery and incident response in ITILv3 environment Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders Experience in delivering managed IT solutions and architectural design Ability to collaborate with clients to design and implement cloud-first productivity platforms Expertise in pricing and delivering IT infrastructure and services Qualifications & Experience: This role is only for Australian Citizens with AGSVA NV1 Clearance or higher.
