An exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing identity SAAS start-up. 28th January, 2025 Microsoft Partner Manager - Sydney This is an exciting opportunity where you will still be able to work in partnership with Microsoft to sell the business product. The role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and technical competency, offering the chance to make a significant impact.Responsibilities Manage the Microsoft Partner relationship to drive sales of products through co-selling initiatives with Microsoft. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft-related outreach, navigating their organization effectively to maximize collaboration and opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to foster strong partnerships with Microsoft’s teams and extend support to other professional services partners. Collaborate with stakeholders to align product offerings with Microsoft’s ecosystem and meet the requirements of both Microsoft and mutual clients. Demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge to pass Microsoft’s competency assessments and effectively communicate solutions to clients. Skills/Qualifications Proven experience in managing partnerships, preferably with Microsoft or similar enterprise organizations. Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships across various teams. Technical proficiency to meet Microsoft’s competency standards and engage with client requirements, though direct hands-on technical work is not required.
