Base pay range A$290,000.00/yr - A$320,000.00/yr Larvotto Resources, an emerging ASX listed miner with ownership of the strategic Hillgrove gold-antimony project in NSW, currently seeks to appoint a Mining Manager . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of underground mining operations, including safety, production, and cost efficiency. Develop and implement operational plans to achieve production targets and business objectives. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Build and mentor a high-performing team to support a successful mine restart. Engage with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong relationships.
