We work with major clients in the Resources, Civil, and Government sectors, making a real difference in the industry and communities we serve.Your New Opportunity Carey Group is recruiting for Maintenance Supervisors to support and manage planned maintenance, shutdowns, and project work on mobile plant mining equipment. These FIFO positions are based out of Perth and operate on a 8/6 roster with day and night shift rotations . With projects spanning over 5 years, this opportunity offers long-term stability and career growth.What You Bring to the Table: Relevant trade qualification & 3+ years working as a Supervisor in Mobile Maintenance Environment A current C or HR class driver’s licence Hold a Section 26 or willing to obtain Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment, specifically Komatsu High degree of computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Excel and Maintenance specific Pronto A valid National Police Clearance (within 6 months) The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug and Alcohol Screen A strong commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS) Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring work is delivered according to project schedules and within budget Monitor and evaluate the skills and performance of workers, providing necessary training, mentoring, and coaching Why Choose Carey Mining?
