We’re a dynamic repair company based in Springvale, Frankston, Brighton, Somerville, and Windsor, and we’re growing rapidly. We have the best repair systems and offer the best customer service. We are an APPLE INDEPENDENT REPAIR PROVIDER, so we have access to Apple genuine parts, tools, and Apple training programs. You will have a chance to obtain an Apple-certified technician certification. Location: Brighton VIC 3186, Springvale 3171, Windsor 3181 Part-time position available now ABOUT THE ROLE: Conducting repairs on a variety of mobile devices including phones, iPads, and tablets Simple and complex repairs including parts (front camera, back cameras, back glass, charging ports, and speakers) as well as battery and screen replacements Troubleshooting customer inquiries/technical phone issues Maintaining high standards whilst maximizing productivity General housekeeping of repair area to ensure high standards are consistently maintained ABOUT YOU: 1-2 years of experience as a mobile phone technician Strong attention to detail Comfortable working to deadlines with a good level of computer literacy Understands what excellence looks like and strives to achieve this Understand key drivers behind business change and support implementation Put the customer at the center of everything you do and deliver excellent outcomes for the customer and business What we can offer you: Structured training and upskilling. Above market rates (ATTRACTIVE salary will be offered to the right person) Bonuses for high performers.
