Conduct repairs on a variety of mobile devices including phones, iPads, and Tablets. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. Stay up to date with the latest mobile technology trends and advancements. Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices. Assist customers with technical queries and educate them on device usage and maintenance. Requirements: Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician in Australia. Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware (quality of LCDs, digitizers, and parts) and software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Outstanding customer service skills and communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Certification in mobile phone repair or a related field is a plus if you have 1 year of experience working in the same industry locally.
